Here's one for free to Fender for bringing me such great instruments that I have enjoyed for a lifetime. Well maybe someone else will come up with this -------- it just came to me the other day while soaking in the hot tub with 3 supermodels.

Super Models are more important than a ground breaking idea of a wireless guitar strap any day.

Okay..... it wasn't 3 super models , but I was soaking in hot water........ in my bath tub. Soaking my weary bones.

Oh man: I so much DON'T want a photo of Mr stoker vance sitting in the bath dreaming of supermodels. Please.

OKAY so much for the chicks- what the heck about the wireless transmitter in a strap? You know you like it. It is a way cool idea even if I came up with it. Which I probubly didn't.

It can be done. Some of the new wireless' are pretty small. There might even be some "off shoots" to the idea. Like a strap designed to hold a transmitter with a hook up for the cord. I know engineers. They can do it!!

I could always just invent the thing and get rich myself-- but NOOOO!! That wouldn't be cool. I just come up with the ideas. That's what I get paid for. It's what I do. ( I don't have pics of me getting paid for an idea so don't ask)

Well, it's certainly a lot better than the idea of a soft gig bag with a battery amp built into it, and G*****Center is actually SELLING that!

Good Idea.

My receiver sits on my board. I hardly ever use it because I have to go mucking about clipping the transmitter on, or shoving it in my back pocket.

I'd buy one.

(you could keep all the gizmometory down at the one end of the strap.)

What time is it? It's Fender Time.

Everything is good and operational.

I know that I'm not crazy about my wireless although it is a good one. I copy the" muck about" thing. I have to gaffer tape mine to my strap. I'm tired of that. I do it every gig. Can't leave it on there because as sure as there are flies on rice, it will get broken if I do.

Then we have the reciever on top of my amp that I have to tape down also- If I don't - it will vibrate off and hit the floor like a crow passing out in mid flight. I have to use 1 9v batt per gig . Sure it has some life in it after a gig but just like bears will lick your car windows it will go dead mid song during the next gig.

My wireless has a wall wart with the little skinny cord that a gnat cold short out if he tried. Plus the drummer and keyboard player (after the last note of the last song of the night) immediatly stand up and start ripping their stuff down like their head is on fire. That means they pull cords over top of my cords that are tangled up and my junk gets abused like a lost hamster.

You should see how fast the drummer and keyboard player tear down their junk. And after seeing them break land speed records running to their cars with thrones and such I fianally took a long hot bath and decided I would like to have a wireless in a guitar strap. Can you see how this is all relavent?

I am in good form today. Kind of like an ant playing in potatoe salad.
