a few years ago there was a buzz about the dvd release of the "wrecking crew" story. for thoses who don't know, these talented musicians played on many 60's hits. until i saw a blurb about this, i had no idea who they were.

anybody hear whatever happened to that release? it sure would be great to see :D

Someone gave me a "copy". I know it's never been officially released. I don't know what the problem is about funding it. You can make a tax deductible donation to help Denny Tedesco get the funds to release it officially. It has some amazing footage and interviews.
I made a donation and will buy a real copy as soon as it's released. The film is of major historical importance to the music community. Donate if you can.

I've made a donation and hope that this film gets picked up. I'm a huge Tommy Tedesco/Carol Kay/Leon Russell/wrecking crew fan...I *wish* that I had a copy.
