I was big into them in the 90's (badmotofinger, etc). I'm hoping that they put out some new material.

I like them, but will never pay money to see them live. I cought them at lolapallooza in the early 90's and they SUCKED...Chris Cornell is a horrible guitar player and his voice was cracking left and right.

+1. They had a couple of decent songs, but nothing spectacular IMO. I'm a big Alice in Chains fan, but I think they sound a lot different than soundgarden.
I liked Chris Cornell the best with Audioslave.

Although I don't have any of their recordings I really like some of their stuff and I really admire Kim Thayill's choice of guitars-the Guild S-100.

yes, I like Soundgarden. Badmotorfinger and Superunknown are the albums that I have. would have liked to see them back then. saw Chris with Audioslave and liked the show.

Howdy!

I'm a huge Soundgarden fan! I own every album they ever made. Really like Louder than Love & Superunknown. Great stuff!

I recently received E-mail saying that they are currently looking to record some new material for 2011. All depends on if they can get on with each other long enough to lay something down.

I have to say I was a little bit disappointed with their last release, Telephantasm. Though Black Rain was a cracking tune is was the only new track on that album. Really looking forward to some new tunes!

Also, really good to see Chris Cornell has got his Big Hair back!

His looks just like mine. :D
