Never seen the message and I log on 2 - 3 x /day...
but maybe not the same time as everyone else. Could be a user-load issue.
Next time it happens, note the time and let Brad know. He can look at the system logs to see what was going on at the time.

I don't think it's a load issue - seems like on all the boards I visit there's me, one or two others and a guest. With the latest forum/server "upgrade" it should take a LOT of users to break it down or jam it up.

I'm always online and can be reached directly at ForumAdmin@fender.com - my job entails a LOT more than just these forums and hence sometimes I'm not able to respond immediately to folks but I do absolutely read everything that is sent to me and frequently do so shortly after it's sent.

there you are. glad to see nothing bad has happened and all is well brad.
have you had opportunity to see the several issues folks are having with the forum as of late? this one for example, and not able to add pics to avitar, ect ect?

Next time this particular item happens please copy the *exact* error message that you're seeing and e-mail it over to me -- or preferably, grab a screen capture and send that over. We do occasionally have planned maintenance / outages here although there have been none lately so I want to get to the bottom of what's going on here.

The avatar image thing continues to be a known issue and is still on our queue to be addressed.

Hi Brad,

I have to say, everything is working exceptionally well over my way (though I'm quite happy with my avatar and haven't changed it!).

Hope your not working too hard and are making necessary time to Rock out!

Cheers!

Andy

BTW: Might have to send you some socks!

Everything besides the photo uploader has been working great from my end. Minor inconvenience at worst. I figure Brad and crew have been excessively busy with the new 'model' year, and having to integrate the new pages into the existing site. More work than it sounds like I'm sure.

Yes, thanks for your comment here and you pretty much hit it on the head -- it's absolutely on our list to be addressed, but focus on new product launch support and whatnot always has to be our top priority. Hope folks can understand that.

 I'm just a patient person my friend. I know nothing about computers, except that the programming is time-consuming, and I assume tedious work. So I'll just kick back and wait for the glitches to be ironed out, I've been too busy to be on here much with the new band going on anyhow.
