Can I change the neck from a strato S7 1978 right handed to a strato N 99 serial 1990 left handed

can be done but it will take some heart breaking drilling... and if u slip.......

I wouldn't risk drilling, you could eff up your fretboard pretty nicely. Find a lefty neck that matches the # of bolts on your guitar

It will fit just fine, just drill straight and gauge your depth.
