 my 15 year old nephew is fastly becoming a huge Beatles fan, especially John.
He asked me lots of questions a few weeks ago and asked if I had heard the "Paul is dead" thing....oh yeah,I remember it going on and being dissected on the radio and people coming up with clues....seems funny now 40+ years later that people are still discussing it......"turn me on dead man".

I've seen him three times. Over the years he's had some pretty interesting lineups, though I'm not sure who's with him currently. He had Paul Carrack and Edgar Winter on past tours. Both put on a good show. Ringo's Ringo, what can I say. I like him, but he doesn't take the shows too serious.

Hi Rhumba - if it's the same band we saw him with a few months ago, it's a great show and features Rick Derringer, Edgar Winter, Wally Palmar (guitarist from The Romantics), Richard Page (bass player from Mr. Mister) and Gary Wright on second set of keys.

Some, but not all, of the tunes they did were (from a fading memory...lol) :

Ringo - I Wanna Be Your Man, Boys, It Don't Come Easy, Honey Don't, Photograph, Yellow Submarine, Liverpool 8, With A Little Help From My Friends and some new from latest CD.

Rick D - Hang On Sloopy (as he did the original with The McCoys from Detroit), Free Ride, A Jump Blues Tune, Rock n Roll Hootchie Koo. Rick uses several different guitars and is on every song...and rips some amazing riffage!!!

Great versions of some others too like Frankenstein (Edgar goes wild!), Talking in your Sleep, What I Like About You, Kyrie, Broken Wings, and there is another drummer...sometimes they both played, other times just Ringo, and other times when Ringo came out front the other drummer (who was quite good and a friend of Ringo's from what Ringo said).

Well worth the price, IMO. Ringo doesn't appear to be a day over 35 or so! :!:

Thanks guys, that sounds like a great line-up.
