It strikes me as kind of sad the volume of people that seem...angered for lack of a better word... by all of this and are directing hate at her. Probably a mixture of jealously and people being unhappy with themselves.

Totally right on it being dreck, and totally right on her being a relatively normal teenage girl who happens to be fortunate enough to be in a position to have a brief moment of fame.
