If anyone isn't familiar with the movie "the producers", its about a play that is designed to flop, so as to make more money than a successful one.
I have a theory that this song is the same idea.

T, Bro I couldn't watch after 5 or 6 seconds and I will usually give an artist more time than that. It's here for a reason, if any one has a functioning brain cell they will hopefully be inspired to help the art world by creating better art. So, get to work self. 8)

I remember mood rings and pet rocks. The sad thing, if the music channels or radio pushed this as being "hot".....it would be. Doesn't say much for our world. The worst part is that darn autotune garbage, I can't stand it.

I find it quite comforting, how much worse could music, or any other human endeavour possibly get?

Unless a disclaimer is posted I have to think domestic animals were abused in the making of the audio portion of that awful clip.

You know what -- it's not as bad as I thought it would be.

I would never subject myself to listening to this again, as it is horrible music. That being said, I don't see how it's any worse than Miley / Gaga / Bieber / whatever it is the kids are listening to.

I've heard worse. It's not *that* bad and I also can't see why this should be worse than Justin Bieber and the likes.

Cheers

David

After further review, I agree with your assessment--I've heard worse on the radio...

However, it still has some of the most inane lyrics I have ever heard. I did a little research, and found out that this is a product of a package "Make Your Own Video" deal that supposedly had some professionally written songs for her to choose from. I've written much better lyrics on the toilet paper roll while taking care of "business".

Truth be known, I don't like the song mainly because of the lyrics and production. If they hadn't vo-coded her voice the way through and had given her some decent lyrics, it might have been ok. She might not be a great singer, but neither are a dozen of my favorite singers/artists.

The girl seems sweet enough in the articles I read. I just hate that she used up her 15 minutes on this dreck.
