What's Marc calling his new band, the Fuzz Machine?

I guess I will have to check out his web site ...
Yes that is what they were calling it but after almost a full 18 months of touring they are taking a break. His son Elijah, who was playing rythm guitar has gone out on the road with Ryan Bingham(check him out as well ) as the bass player. Pretty talented kid.

Marc has some dates coming up out west in Ca and some dates supporting Ryan down in TN and New Orleans I think. Also rumors of marc being in the studio both recording and producing.

The Elms.

Particularly "Hey Hey", and "Speaking in Tongues", for a sort of raw rock sound.

This needs a good bump because I want some more stuff in my iTunes library.

This time around I'd look into (all of these are more modern-rock oriented):

-MuteMath (www.myspace.com/mutemath) and check out Typical. Very modern Indie-ish sound, but it's interesting.

-Biffy Clyro (www.myspace.com/biffyclyro)

-The Yeah Yeah Yeahs (www.myspace.com/yeahyeahyeahs) and listen to Gold Lion I suppose.

Some more:

-The Strokes
-The Vines
-The Racontuers
-The White Stripes
-The Hives
-The Darkness
-The Mooney Suzuki
-The Nightwatchmen

Wow, lots of "The" bands. And as you can probably tell, I'm a bit intro Brit-Rock at the moment.

For anyone interesting in seeing a good concert, at 7:30 PT (10:30 ET) Radiohead is having a live webcast of their concert to close their tour. If you haven't heard much of them, I recommend checking out a bit if you can. The site is www.radiohead.com
