Anyone else heard of 'em? I dislike modern music as much as the next guy, but I can really dig this band.

I love 'em--they're a great band that thinks and plays outside of the box while at least keeping in a foot within normal "listenable" range.

"Brothers" is great, but all their albums are at pretty dang good.

They're playing at the Molson sometime in May!

Yeah, they're like modern-blues/blues revival scene. They have great rhythms, and it's kinda cool how Dan hooks up his guitar to a regular amp and a bass amp with a tone changer =P Also, the album "Brothers" is a great album imo, I mean hits like She's Long Gone, Tighten Up, and Next Girl are all really unforgettable. x)

Aww, Screamin' got to it before me...

I also love his use of Silvertone and Harmony guitars--funky and lo-fi!

I wouldn't be so closed minded about "new" music. There is plenty of great new music out there besides what is on the radio. The great thing is that with modern technology a lot of "underground" music is much easier to discover/explore. The Black Keys are awesome. And really awesome live.

"Baby I'm Howlin' For You" is a great tune. It was used on the soundtrack for CSI Miami the other night.

Incredible band, very versatile. Their own music is definitely worth listening to, but my favorite still is their cover CD of Junior Kimbrough songs. It's called Chulahoma, very short but very rockin'!
