...and post your version.

I programmed the drums and my friend, Lee from Kansas, added the bass parts.

Some people have already taken it for a spin over the
weekend and one guy from California even posted his take
on You Tube :

In fact, Lee is such a great musician, that he did his own take

including lots of cool parts and bass solos.

I can see that 34 have downloaded this backer...hopefully you'll post some better ideas than I came up with here :

I added synth and guitars, then found some royalty-free vocal samples on the web to add. Some ideas worked, but some didn't. It was fun though!!!

to me, this guys playing does not match the backing track at all.

i like this alot. just when i was wanting something different here it is.
the only problem i see is that it seems the drums slightly over power the bass
in this mix. would be nice to here more of the bass popping away.

When you load it in your system, split the track into a WAV file and adjust to
your liking!

LOL - - over 240 have listened, downloaded and already posted jams and not one said they couldn't hear the bass poppin' enough, a few said less bass...interesting comment though.

One guy owns a recording studio and he critiqued the mix as one of the best home recorded drums n bass tracks that he's ever heard. Lee did the mix, by the way,
check out his other tracks :

mike

please remember im just listening through my laptop. i dont have a home theater/studio setup here as of yet. that might be the problem im experiencing too.
nonetheless, i like it alot. you guys did a killer job with this.
would be interesting to hear more backing tracks with key signatures as well.

This is why music is great! Everyone's interpretation of a backing
track goes in many directions and it's so interesting to hear the results.
This is a girl from SoundClick that added some keys and wrote lyrics and
sang with it :
