Some of you will know him,anyone who has ever looked at the roadies on the back of the Allman Brothers Fillmore East album will recognize him.....a brother has passed....sorry for the late notice but I haven't seen it posted.

Red Dog wrote a book several years ago,Tails of the Dog,I bought it and it has some crazy stuff in it.
Lots of people don't know that's a picture of road manager Twiggs Lyndon above the road crew on that album picture,he was in jail for stabbing a club owner when the guy wouldn't pay the band what they were owed,the guy died and the story goes that Twiggs got off on reason of insanity,that touring with the ABB would drive anyone crazy.
He later worked with Steve Morse and the Dixie Dregs,loaning Morse the '59 Les Paul that had been owned by Duane Allman.Twiggs got the guitar in a trade with Gregg,he traded an antuque car. Many of the tracks of the Dregs had Morse playing Duane's famous Les Paul.
