Which Skyline has a 1.3 L engine and goes 200 mph?? The latest and fastest "Skyline", the GTR, has a 3.8 L TT V6. I hope you're talking about production cars... if I have money to spend I can have just about anything built that can go a lot faster than the Skyline with the smallest engine! Forced induction will get me there no problem, but there's always reliability issues when you're trying to make so much power out of a small engine... F1 cars were making crazy power out of 1.5 L or 2.0 L engines, but again, we're not talking production cars here.

R33 1.3litre Wankel twin rotary engine, twin turbo. Rev's up to about 15K.

Any sports car that had a Wankel rotary engine would have to be either an NSU or Mazda which I believe isn't a true Wankel rotary but built by Mazda under licence from Wankel.
