Hey Fender enthusiasts, what's up ? I usually hang at (gasp) the Epiphone guitars forum, but seeing as how I have a MIM strat, a G-DEC 3-30 and a Mustang II, I thought it would be wise to come over here and sign in. Do you guys like pictures here ?

Hey, The reason I'm here (other than to say "what up") is I have a question about my Mustang II amp. How can you adjust the volume level of the "backing band" on the Mustang II. I see on the G Dec 3-30 there is a separate knob for the "backing band level" volume. I don't see any type of adjustment knob on the Mustang II that does that (adjust the "band" level). Help an old hippy out here. How can you adjust the "backing band" volume level on the Mustang II amp ?

Thanks

Welcome,

As for pictures, most members love gear pics and are not judgemental about alternative brands.

As for the amp question, have you check the amp section of the forum yet? They may have solution posted there already.

"Hippie"?

Geez, I haven't heard that descriptive in several decades.

You been freeze-dried at some cryo-clinic for the last fifty years or just finishing up back-to-back "quarters" at Lompoc?

Anyways, welcome to the forum. And we love pics. In fact all FNG's are encouraged to post the requisite gear-porn photos that keep everyone here inspired.

Strap in and enjoy the ride!

Arjay

Hi Crust welcome to the forum,I have 6 Epis so I hang out on the "dark side, lol" from time to time.I used to have enough hair to stuff 2 king size matresses so I was called a hippie more than once myself.BTW Guitslinger isn't my Epi Forum name ,someone had the audacity to use it there before I joined up there.

I know this is "blasphmy", but I think the Epiphone guitars I own (and have owned) in the past were great guitars (for what I payed). As Squier/MIM is to MADE IN USA, so are Epiphone guitars (somewhat) to the Gibson brand name (non "made in USA" copies of the "real deal"). They are great guitars and I like them all.
Seeing as to how you like pics, here are a "few" more that I try to "play da bluze" on :D

A perfect copy of what we travelled in across Europe and northern Africa, 1969-70.
Hippies? Perhaps.

When I was 18 (1971) I hitch-hiked from Boston to Berkley and was driven there in a VW "micro bus" , LOL. That was 40 years ago  :D

I got the Casino for free, how ? Well the dude was so upset he threw it in the closet (with a brand new case) for a couple of years. No "damage claim" He couldn't even look at it. So, I'm having it professionally repaired by my local expert luthier.

There is always something going on here at my place (guitar wise). I have re-attached head-stocks myself, but this one was too nice (brand new) not to have it repaired professionally. "Doc" does a perfect job. I should have it back in 3-4 weeks.
