@T2Stratman: Very nice collection, thanks for posting! (pics seem to be working, too!) I haven't seen that kind of wall-mount before, what make are those?

@super kid: Did you know that the direct translation of the Italian "pizza" means "pie"? :D BTW, what kind of pie do you like, while we're at it? 8)

@Marvin65: Interesting! ;-)

Cheers folks, enjoy your week!

Nutter thanks for the guide...I think I figured it out, I wasn't getting the whole link copied, because once I went back and copied it again it showed up on the actual post.

The Hangers are called "Off the Wall" got them through MF years ago, not sure if they still sell them...they are very nice with excellent quality covering on the actual hangers and they rotate easily. There was one little problem...the two screws at the top of the hanger were just are like 1 15/16 wide so if you miss that 2x4 by just a hair it could pull out, (I believe in making sure I have a Very Solid hanger if I am going to put one of the babies up on the wall).

So I screwed them to a wooden plate I got at a hobbie shop... I painted the plate white and then screwed the hanger to the plate and then into the wall with some extra long screws...I have never had any loosening of them in seven or eight years.

Yeah, those white plates threw me. Never seen holders with such a huge base plate before. Well done! Looks good! Thanks for clarifying! :D

Glad the guide served well -

Should be sticky forever.

+1000...It's not annoying to me when someone doesn't know how to post pics, but it can make things easier than having to explain it a bunch of times. This should definitely be a sticky. Thanks for making this one Nutter. Good idea.

I like pizza, I am already proficient in posting pics, and I detest polls.

:mrgreen:

That said, I absolute believe that this tutorial should be posted as a permanent "sticky" on this forum (or any other for that matter).

Any guitarist who can master the chordal nuances of "Louie Louie" and type a coherent sentence on a computer keyboard should be able to manage the intricacies of posting a photograph. Nutter's outstanding dissertation now denies them any lameass excuse to the contrary.

Hate pizza. Glorified cheese on toast.

It in no way holds it's own when put up against a pie.

Best recipe ever. Though I don't go with braising steak, far too tough. Rump works well, diced fillet better.

A sticky with this info and a link to the guitar dater project would
be a good idea, IMO.
