I have noticed online that you are able to register your fender guitar, I wanted to ask what is the reason to register it? do you receive somebody special from Fender if you would?

registering it is a good way to get on a mailing list. and prolly would help with any warranty. i havent with any of my gits. but thats me. rgatz on the purchase tho.
