Dose a corona california bass neck plate fit stratocaster ?

I was always a little more partial to the neckplate that has the big F on it more than the Corona plate.

A genuine MIA Fender neck plate fits pretty much any Fender-spec instrument......

Here's one installed on a '66 Jazz Bass clone I built -- MIM body, MIJ neck.

It's all good!

That looks classy, Arjay. I like that better than the words on the Corona plate. If I was upgrading, I would use that, If I was replacing an original MIA, I would use the other. 8)

Thanks, Marvin. I had the plate stamped with a period-correct 1966 serial whose digits just happen to coincide with my Dad's birthday -- a tribute of a sort.
