possibly these sites

http://www.relicdeluxe.com/default.asp

to do maple necks: http://www.projectguitar.com/tut/vinneck.htm

i haven't really found much else, but possibly just being careful and sanding in specific spots you pre-plan, but im not sure of that

The best way to relic a guitar is to play it a lot over a period of many years.

possibly drop it a few times as well when rocking out... so just use a cheap strap that fits loosely and jump around while playing

Drag it behind your car a few times. You'll have a relic before you know it.
