Maybe you've seen this done at some bars, taverns and lounges? One person says a word and the next has to say a word associated with it.

For example :
sparkle - glitter - gold - dust - dirt, etc.

So, how about trying it BUT only using words relating to music?

If I said Strat - next could post guitar - then strings - etc? (just one word in your post!)
