You need to get your blood pressure checked...no joke. If your BP is too low or it bottoms out when you sit too long, you are at risk for a stroke.

Since I am usually singing when I'm playing - standing. And the heavier the guitar the better! :)

I remember when I first started learning guitar in 1963 I was always sitting down. When it came time to play out in a band, it took me quite a while to be comfortable standing. Of course, I'm sitting here... I'm on top of the speaker cab on the right. We had a lead singer in that band in 1966.
