Hey guys, on my les paul I've noticed a volume loss on my treble pickup. If you have any ideas on what it could be please help. Thanks, Izzy.

Is it just volume loss or does the pickup sound drop out completely? Also, what model LP do you have? The Epiphone's can have cheap selector switches, and so does the Gibson LP Studios! Several people have had issues with the toggle switches on these, so check that first. Also, make sure your bridge pickup is adjusted closer to the strings than the neck pickup Other than that, pull the back plate off and check for any loose wires or what may be a "cold" solder joint. It could be an issue with a bad capacitor too.....but always do the easy stuff first, like clean the toggle switch and adjust pickup height!

Thanks! I adjusted the pickup height and it helped a bit! And its an Epiphone Les Paul Standard, and Ill make sure to check the jacks! Ive had problems with the selector, I would switch to the neck pickup and it would have no output then come back on! Thanks for your help, Izzy.

Yeah, based on your description of the problem, I'd say that checking the selector switch and jack should be a good place to start. Good luck figuring it out.
