ok im so lost here. whats this post about? sounds like trouble brewing to me.

It's about time to thread jack again.

So speaking of brewing anybody tried their hand at home brewing their own adult beverages.

Have, actually. I was in the US at the time and bought a medium brewing kit with some dark semi-roasted grain. It was good fun making those 20 bottles or so of dark red gold but I wouldn't do it again anytime soon. It's a mess and I remember you had to spend 80 % of the time washing up equipment and sterilising it and then of course there's a lot of waiting involved. The outcome was something similar to Guinness, though not as black and not quite as heavy.
It was fun making labels for you're own beer though!

I'd really love to drive a tractor again. Been abstinent for quite a few years now. (How am I doing, Hi-Jack-wise?)

Nutter

I love Guinness, but they don't call it a meal in pint for nothing.

I worked in Saudi for a year and some of the guys got pretty creative, mostly pilsner (just yeast and sugar added to N/A beer) styles that you had to add 7up in to make it taste like beer. The Brits had their stuff perfected and made some mighty strong whiskys too. Definitely felt it the next day.

Another of these threads! Holy cow!

So if we're doing animal hybrids, howzabout the giraffe-guitar?

Image

...How do these threads keep flying off at a tangent from the original post? It's almost as if people round here are not looking for a playground fight...Image

I'd be scared to pick up that guitar - legs dangling all over, and the headstock strangely alive and staring at me... I guess it could add some percussion with the clip clops but still.... no.

Cheers,

Nutter
