I put some pennies in the jar, and as they hit the glass - they did'nt even jingle, they just seemed to pass - right through the glass into thin air - I dont know where they went - but the angels up in heaven do - in fact I bet they spent - all the pennies, that passed through that young mans jar - for all the years the young man sat, and strummed on his guitar - if you pass that place this very day, you can here a faint jingle - and slight sound of a guitar, and you'll begin to tingle - as you think of all the pennies - and songs of love, and happiness - that surround this place and always will, I guess. that fine young man and his guitar, has beena friend to you and me, as he sat out there on the steps - and strumed on his guitar - and all he ever asked for, was some pennies in a jar.
