OK so I want your opinion on the following and which is best:

Apple iPhone 4

Google Android 2.2 and above

Blackberry

Windows Mobile 7

I have an Android and I love it. Lots more cool apps and functions than Apple iPhone and I had a selection of devices, not just one. Good price too. It runs Android 2.3 and it has the ability for the phone to be used as a Wifi hotspot. Great email client and exchange functions- literally emails come to the device as they get recieved on a computer. It has Google Nav and also it's own navigation map of NZ. The Navigation will even work outside of mobile coverage, also came with a window mount to be used as a GPS-

I have downloaded a guitar tuner and metronome..how cool is that! :)

So whats your preference and opinion?

My Dad's a graphic artist and an Apple fanatic since the 80's. So I was raised on Apple computers way before the iPod was invented or they launched any fancy marketing campaigns, so I'm probably bias when it comes to all things Apple. We had a PC once, and it died after three years. My MacBook is four or five years old and it still works fine. We still have an Apple computer from 1995 in perfect working order, except that nothing new can run on it anymore.

The bottom line, with Apple it just works, there's no worrying about viruses and you don't have to be a brain surgeon to figure out how to work it. So since we've had iPhones my Dad and I have been in hog heaven.

I have a couple of tuning apps on an iphone but not much other musical stuff - it does a good job for those. I'm a little locked in because to use the same apps as my wife and son I need to have the same phone so trying the competition isn't an option for me at this stage

I use an I phone 3G. A very old one. In fact I am on it now as I type this post. Gotta love technology.
