Hi Everyone-

My Son played a Fender Strat???? Bass. We bought it for him on his 21st birthday and it was his dream guitar. Well my Son died a few months ago, and my ex kept his guitar. What I would like to find is a nice poster that I can frame that looks like his guitar. I could probably get more info as to what kind exactly he had...it was red. I would like to hang it in my house---he loved that guitar so much. Can anyone lead me in the right direction as to where I may find this? Does anyone even make them? I do not know..I just know I want to be able to look at one of the things that brought him so much joy in his short life.

Thanks

Try looking at these posters here ... http://fender.artehouse.com/perl/collec ... ionID=1589 ... I'm very sorry to hear of your loss, and I hope you're able to find what you're looking for.

Might I suggest taking his guitar to a photography studio and having them take profesional pictures of the guitar. You will be able to have it blown up to poster size and then have it framed. They'll be able to capture the real beauty of the guitar more so than a generic poster.

If you can convince your ex to give you the guitar you can buy a nice wall hanging display case.

Sorry to hear about your loss, but I think it's a great way to remember your son.

If your ex won't let go of the guitar, maybe get a good quality digital camera to someone else in the family or a friend of hers to get the photo of your son's guitar.

If he really loved it as you think, than a quality photo of that one will mean so much more to you.

Very sorry to hear about your loss, truly a terrible thing.
