I have a P and a J ordered (and paid for) since December. MF/M123/GC have had their delivery date from Fender moved back five or six times since then, now into APRIL!

They said that Fender is just not shipping them for some reason.

What's going on with these basses? Lots of people would like to know!

I wrote FMIC and got a uninformative boilerplate answer.

MF says Fender is backordered on a lot of stuff that isn't showing up as promised.

You'd think in this economy you'd do what it takes to fill paying orders.

Four months? :roll:
