Ive been trying to find a set of strings closest to the Fender Rock n' Roll strings from the 60s/70s and was wondering if these were the closest: Fender 3150R Original 150 Pure Nickel Bullet-End Electric Strings - Regular

I found the Fender 150 SLs closest to the old Rock and Rolls in the 8 -38 size so I guess other 150 & 250 sets may do the trick.I switched from Fender to D'Addario around the mid 70s if my memory serves me correctly as they felt about as flexible as the Fender 8-38s but lasted longer and kept their new tone longer.

The light gauge string sets were the outright 150 series as in, 150L, 150XL, 150SL. I don't remember the Bullets being around back then.

I don't know about in the 60's, but I used "3150XL" Bullets all through the 70's.
Used to buy them by the 12 Pack.

i was thinking, if i get the .10, .13, and .17 from the regular pack and then get the .22, .30, and .38, would that work out?

That would work fine. Whatever works for your fingers and allows you to tune your guitar will work.

Should sound good, and I like your idea of a heavier high end/light low end, might even try it myself.

IMO Fender hasn't made a good string since the 60's and 70"s.

give this a read:

"But, then again, Band of Gypsies drummer Buddy Miles insisted that Hendrix used a very heavy E string, a medium gauge on his A and D, a Hawaiian G string, a light B, and a super-light E. This was supposedly not just for experimentation, but something Hendrix did because he thought the mixed gauges would keep the guitar in tune better."

whats a hawaiian g string????????

If you look closely at footage of Jimi playing you can see that his G B and E strings are of extremely light gauge.Despite having abnormally long hands Jimi's fingers were very slim and lithe and I doubt that he had the finger strength to push the cables that SRV was so fond of and used so he used the super lights to facilitate the extreme bends he did on the higher strings.
