I don't think I have any "bad" OD pedals at least not in terms of tone. I find OD pedals typically sound better to my ears than Distortion pedals.

I guess it would have to be the Dano Daddy-O. Good sounding pedal for straight ahead classic rock & roll but it's been unreliable. First it was the jack for the adapter needed tweaking to maintain proper contact with the PS. Then the knobs started to sound scratchy. Last time I plugged a guitar into it it wouldn't work at all. Good thing they're cheap like borscht because they're a consumable item like strings or polish.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

I agree about Digitech OD pedals, but (Off topic ahead:) I have a Digitech TimeBender Delay that makes me smile. :)
