simple question

i use fender medium 51's (standard celluloid picks) and i occasionally use dunlop gators

Actually, I used to use Fender Lights-to-Mediums, the standard sized and shaped ones, but like Knopfler, Beck and Sumlin, I started playing with my fingers and never looked back. So much more you can do with your fingers than a little flat pick can do!

I have some of each. I switch back and forth between them.

There is one thicker than the big fattie.
