Last night I'm laying on the couch watching VH1 Classic. A video by Eric Burdon and the Animals is playing. The video keeps showing different views of the heads of the band, all of a sudden I'm laughing hysterically and wondering if Gene Roddenberry got the idea for the hairstyles of the Romulans from watching these videos.

In the original Roddenberry-produced episodes there's also quite a bit of music going on. Uhuras vocals and might I mention Mr Spock's playing always adds to the athmosphere (which is nearly always Oxygen-Nitrogen :lol:)
