ask the drummer if she still wants to play and keep her focused. sounds like hes at fault here. break the news to him with respect and if that dont work move on.

i'll try that... my bass player is just like that anything he gets himself into he gets cocky and over confident and starts criticizing everyone around him... just never thought he'd do something like this... he once told me that the band was better because during the time off we all got better individually which did it for me... he said this after he got mad for having refused a gig cause of that time off... my drummer didn't like it either but after the summer they forgot every song we had been playing what was i supposed to do?

its not alway souly important as to how a friend treats us, look at the way they also treat other people, then you will see how they truely are. at some point they will turn on you that way as well.

Of course you understand that I'm not calling you crap. I was just trying to explain one facet of relationships where the outside world is shut out and the relationship is all important to the individuals.
So I may have gone a little advanced on the situation.

I know I still go thru dumb stuff with band members and I've been playing in bands since the late 60's!!!! It doesn't seem to ever end. One has to decide if it is worth putting up with . You either stay or leave I guess-- or you get dumped and feel broken like a cheap Chinese toy.
