interesting. why is the drummer desperate? in what way?

she wants him back but he doesn't cause people he's sick of taking crap from other people although i warned him of the consequences (she is about 4 years younger than him) i always helped them out but my bass player has this thing where he only cares of what other people think

yeah that's the hard part it's easier to quit plus the bass player criticizes every move i make and i don't know how out of nowhere he's taking charge and i think my drummer has more rights to do so than him...

In my experience, someone in the band seems to earn the respect of the others and then becomes the band's leader (for lack of a better word), and bandmates will trust that person to make good decisions and keep everything together.

ok well at what point did he start doing this? ok was it before the drummer thing or after?
its your project bro, ya cant quit it, you can ask folks to leave though.
damned if i would quit something i put together. its always about whats best for the band ok. thats the way it rolls. every now and then a band finds itself in a situation like this and then the founder or whomever needs to start thinking about "self" at that point.
how is it all effecting you? what do you need to do to get the mess cleaned up?
is it one or two people causing the mess? how would the band move forward with, or w/o them? who is the real cause? lots of questions here. you need to start thinking about you
IF you have already given it your best to get people focused again. ask yourself how much the band means to you. how much did you have to do to get this thing rolling?
a lot of soul searching needs to be done. but i'll be damned if i would quit something i put so much into (if you did) only to have others try to take it from me or ruin it for me.
wont happen. if your heart is into it fight for it at all costs. if you have lost the passion for it, there might be more issues than you realize bro.

yeah but i never did anything wrong i was very liberal and i opened up to their ideas if they had a problem i would do my best to fix it i would help them finish up songs when they believed that the song had potencial and all of a sudden i'm criticized by the guitars i play, the songs i write, the ideas i have and the style of music we have been playing from the beginning

To this oldie, you are getting a lot of good advice here. If the talking does not work, as someone said move on..
Main thing. Try not to let the behavior of others upset you, and do not take on board that you are the one at fault.

it happened after... they started to skip band practises during the summer (probably to be with each other) which i get and we got into some time off when we couldn't be together then all of a sudden i see them doing all these songs which i never played and claiming that the band was better now and all these crazy ideas as well...

ok sounds like they were having band practice w/o you bro.
to me now knowing this, it seems the rest of the band has taken a turn in a direction that
you personally dont want to go. this type thing happens. creative differences.
either go with the flow and give it a try, or, find yourself some new members.
set them down together and then talk with them one on one. see what happens, whats said. if that dont work then you have no other option than to find new members.
who owns the practice space?

we alternate between my space and the drummers... it isn't that easy to find new members here in portugal which totally sucks... i have taught both of the bass players that have been in the band
