Hey telemaster the champ 600 is a great little amp, if you want an affordable tube amp without the added cost of effects and modeling. I also found that mine takes well pedals if I need them. Some people find the small speaker "boxy" but I don't. I know that some fellow members of the forum "record" with theirs, so all in all it is a nice little go to amp.

You can buy them brand new for $149.95 at Sweetwater and Musician's Friend. Lots of retail stores also sell them for that price or thereabouts.

So while it's a great little simple amp, I wouldn't pay $160 for a used one. (Unless it's been upgraded with a better speaker, tubes, output transformer, or things like that -- then it might be worth more than a stock new one to me.)

I bought 2 of them. Great little go to amps like Claude said. Myself and the other guitarist in my band plug into these when we're sitting writing and they sound great and take pedals very well. I think you can do better on the price though.

Sorry just came across your thread, "NO" you can find them for around $120.00 or so they are available used quite reasonably priced.
I paid $140.00 tops for mine if I recall correctly, actually it was closer to $100.00 and I got it brand new.
It's a great little amp, portable, great sound depending on what guitar you are playing, I have not regretted the purchase.

I would not pay top dollar for one as they are so plentiful

No, not a used one, I would try about $100.00 for a used.
