It is likely just me, but ... ever since the "big" software upgrade here at the Fender forums, I have experience all kinds of problems. The biggest issue is often the whole Fender site just hangs up. I rarely come here any more as it has become so painful. Maybe that was the intention?? haha My two main computers are running XP and Windows 7, and they both have lots of problems with this site. Also, I have no other problems with any other web sites. Is it just me??

I've got a pretty fast PC and a high speed connection and I find this is the only site I frequently visit that always makes me wait. Everything else, I click on it and it comes up. You're not alone. If you have older equipment I can easily see how your browser might time-out waiting for it. To test that theory, set your alarm for 3 or 4 AM and try it then when the world is asleep and the servers are not that busy.

It seems to be just you....you could check with Brad and ask if any others have contacted him about issues. Good luck!

I have a problem when I hit the "back" button it takes me to a page saying that it has expired...blah,blah, so I scroll down and hit the forum jump button to get back to the same forum I've been in.
It doesn't happen on the computer at work.

Yes, I've seen that one too. Also the "Jump To" thingie on the bottom behaves erratically sometimes.

My main issue is getting signed out. I always have a tab opened for the Fender Forum, I have since I joined. Every time I come back to it I have to log back in. That never happened before the upgrade.

I'm still having a few issues with it. Mainly the lack of ability to upload a photo which I have tried from multiple computers, and this is by far the slowest website I use. I had much fewer issues with it before the upgrade. But I'm sure that in time things will be fixed, so I'm being patient.
I know these problems have been sent to Brad, but he seems to be a ghost around here lately. Hopefully he and his team will be able to address these issues before too long.

Gang: with any reports of this nature it'd be very helpful to us for you to indicate which *browser* you're using as well as anything unique or nonstandard about your configuration -- many thanks!

Yes, the font changed up sometime yesterday. It's got thinner, fuzzy and harder to read. Mainly this is in the post area for me. I'm using XP Home and IE7. Can you look at this Brad?

The hanging part has been kind of the norm on this site for years now it seems. Just have to keep reloading, at night it's fine during less traffic. The upgrade was just a new paint job but the engine is the same.

+1 (current Internet explorer)

It is not happening everytime but at random times for me. I'll post something then I'll show logged out even when I check the keep logged in box. I'm sure it is just a growing pains gliche. It is just a nuisance.
