Took me quite a while to find a venue I could use to upload to. I've got stuff on YouTube, but this song hasn't any video to it, so I chose this site.

http://www.esnips.com/doc/a06ebb5a-81c6 ... Show-Blues

This is a rough draft of an original blues tune, played through my Music Room PA and picked up with a Tascam DR-2d digital pocket recorder. I didn't want to lose the tune. Eventually I'll record it all with the computer and CuBase software, but for now this should give you an idea.

Background is a MIDI loop, guitar is a Gibson Authorized Baldwin Signature Series SG model, one of the best guitars I've ever bought for the money.

I tried to give it a listen, but your link is broken it says?

I posted a collab today with another guy who uses a guitar synth and
gets some really great sounds out of it. This also has female vox which
are from vst plugins...it's kinda funky...and people have been asking who
*is* that mysterious lady singin'...lol..I sequenced the drums and played
guitar, bass and synth - - MD added the female vox and other stuff...

Still working out the logistics of posting on line music, but should be able to post in a few weeks. On my I phone right now, unable to listen to links yet, sitting in a car dealership trying to get an economical car in light of the increase in gas prices.

Okay, it seems I had to go "public" with my stuff, so I went back and did that. Apparently the link worked for me but not anyone else until I let them in. The door is open.
Let me know if it still isn't working.

Thanks!

Nice Mike! I would love to be able to put tunes together like that, whether blues, rock, folk or whatever. Somewhere in my crazy little mind, I believe I have a talent for that. Who knows?

Love to find the time to sort that out.

Hey, thanks Tim! :) I've got a Western Swing and Irish collab going on for song challenges, but if you'd like to collab on a song after, say March 13th or so, send me
a PM. I have quite a few backers that I've made up just waiting for something
to be added - - or we could try one of yours - - whatever works for ya!

Got a new one for you guys to check out...This is with my new project I'm starting; really just me and brother. We recorded this as a demo to have something to show musicians inquiring about joining the band. The song is called Rollin' and I'm rather proud of it.
I did the beat on Fruity Loops, Did the guitars (which are one track except for the solo which was a dub-in), all the vocals, the recording and the mixing. Jesse (my brother) played the bass and the organ. Check it out and let me know what you guys think!

The videoclip from my band Buddha for Mary for the song " I Know We Had Fun". We recorded the video in an old hospital.
We did everything ourself (lights, camera, storyboard.)

This is a song called "Mom And Dad" that we played live at a Belgian Tv show.

This is a video my wife shot on a little Sony video camera so apologies for the quality. This is my band and we are called The Selfless. We write all our own material and we've done about 8 live gigs now as we are only starting out. I'm the guy on bass.
