Hey Mike,

I just finished lisetening to a few of your songs. I'm jealous, they sound great. I will visit often to keep listening to more. I highly suggest everyone stop by for a listen.

Thanks! I have another couple of hundred on external drives and CDs. Most of what I put on SC is just jams and songs for certain challenges like this month's Coconut Blues Club's challenge :

http://www.soundclick.com/members/defau ... ut%20Blues

Judie hosts a monthly challenge (not a contest) with a different "theme" each month and about 20-30 of us post songs there and chat about the tunes on her player for the challenges. Next one is this Saturday night at 10pm (Wales, UK time). That's 5 hours ahead of EST in U.S.

Lots of cool people and many collaborations have come out of these monthly
song challenges...stop by and say hello to Jude, and tell her I sent you.

You guys all sound great. But you knew that, didn't you? :) Tim, nice southern rock. Stuart, Ozzie. Riley Mac, experimental, avant garde art. Mike, a true pro. Lovie, nice blues for a hobbyist. :) Your music brings you joy, and it brings me joy. Ain't life great (if you don't weaken). Even my music brings me joy, but I ain't gonna submit any samples of it. My guitar sings the blues every time I look at it. Keep on creating and bringing good things to life. :D

I live the solo I wrote for this song (and I am a horrible self-critic), it starts at 3:45 or so.

I really really like the solo!

Thanks Joe. I really appreciate it!

I've always been a little shy about others hearing my originals but I figure that this is a good place to start. Hope you all enjoy the songs.

Our newer stuff is at the top....for those who like the Blues, may I suggest "With You Gone"....maybe about three down from the top of the list, as I recall. That's the latest blues I've written, and a lot of people really like it...hope you folks do too!

I really like With you Gone...great tune.

Okay, here's some stuff I've posted before. It's just a selection of some of my old library music on the myspace site. I'll get around to updating it one day, perhaps.

here is my band. these are old recordings. we are kind of an alternative/punk band so were kindof heavy but not too heavy. i suggest "the awakening" to give the best description of our sound. hope you enjoy. and btw the vox have improved greatly since the recordings lol.
