just got a call from a friend of mine..

this old school chum of mine is in a band. i went to see him a few years back, and he introduced me to the lead guitarist/keyboard player. when he found out i played too, he invited me to sit in for a while, letting me use his les paul :D he never knew me before that night, but he was kind enough to let me use his axe.

a few months back he was diagnosed with cancer, and passed away today. my sympathies to his family, friends, and bandmates....so long neil- we'll miss you  :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

same here, I just lost my uncle to pancreatic cancer. Instead of people focusing on bio-degradable bags or electric cars why not focus on a cure for this horrible disease. My sympathies go to you and your friends their families

Condolences, mojo and prayers.

I just finished up chemo and radiation treatments for throat (tonsil) cancer, and any time the C word is out there, it's potentially serious stuff.
