found a nice tele at a music store today. Its a 50's roadworn and I really dig'd it.

One thing that put me off though was that the serial number started with Z9, which to the best of my knowledge means that it was made in the usa in 2009. Is this correct? because I thought that this particular series was all made in mexico...? I know of another 50's roadworn tele at another shop and its serial number starts with an M meaning mexico.

-it diddnt say anywhere on it "made in usa, or made in mexico"

I think they were made in Ensenada Mexico which starts with MN The Z is USA. Are you sure it was a 50's roadworn ?
