somewhere on here a guy has posted up a beautiful red tele with a blk pickguard
and chrome chrome chrome. Lord knows that tele is sweet tim.
your would just be backwards from it thats all. a great combo of colors that ya just dont see to often. im working on plans as we speak for a red/blk strat. body binding and all the goodies. my by yrs end project.

ok, so you didnt take primer gray into consideration, lol how bout this. IMHO would look gr8, local fab shop could plasma you a extra pickup space, and whala...macho!! and did i mention, its chrome? is on ebay, 37.00

Thanks Mike...I don't think I'm even gonna change the pickguard right now anyhow. I'm so indecisive about it because I do like the black on black look, and I just don't feel like wasting 30 bucks to "fix" something that's not broken. I'll use that money for something more important. Eventually I'll probably pick up a couple different pickguards and see what I like, but who knows. I've got a fund going to hopefully order up a CS Strat by the end of this year, so I'll just put a little extra in there instead of the pickguard. And I'll be ordering my new amp here in the next couple of days, and I'll most likely pick up a bunch of random accesories at the same time. So yeah, I said all that to say this...
I like the look of my Tele, and a pickguard is WAY at the bottom of my list of priorities right now.
