couldn't get to work today due to the snowstorm. after shoveling out, i was bored out of my mind- then it hit me.

about 6 weeks ago, i bought a bin full of cables at an auction. i finally decided to go through and see what i had. there were a few crummy cheap cables, and into the trash they went. some good cables too- including 4 monster cables. in all, about 30 good cables. :D

as i check them, i see a few have bad plugs, so i decided to get the soldering iron out. after ten minutes, i accidentally hit the iron on my finger. nice burn mark- no playing for a few days

what did the rest of you snowed-in folks do today?

Not snowed in, but organizing and testing and repairing gear was a good use of time-too bad about the finger though.

The hours and benefits of unemplyment are great. The pay just totally sucks.

I don't think it has snowed here since the last ice age. I spent all at work, played for bit when I got home.
