I was resiently asked the question. If I did not know how old I was, how old would I bee? I think the best way to snsure that question is to say. If I dildent know how old I was, I would probably be wareing a pare of old shorts with a couple of my favoret guitar slides in the pockets, Rebocks with no sockes, and a T shirt, with a 52 Chevy on the front. My hair would be unkept and I would have a scrufey set of chin whiskers. In adition to all that, I would have an old Fender Dobro hung over my back. If it wernt for the slight limp in my walk and the gray in my hair you couldent tell me apart from the rest of the kids. The big diference is that the gray in my hair and the limp in my walk were put thair by years of LIFE that also put Blues in my hart and a little Spring in my step. Good on you, Danny. The, "...How old would you BE if you did not know how old you ARE?" query probably came from here. It's a favourite one for stimulating folks to think in a slightly unfamiliar direction.
