Capo, glad you're taking care, more mojo from Chicago.

Yeah,

I once bought a Chinese guitar and it left me hungry for another.

That sounds like a very nutritious breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

My favorite meal: Chicken and Waffles ^^ (This isn't my plate exactly, but it is a good representation of what it normally looks like. My waffle makers a bit smaller though.)

Hi Capo: so what you're saying is we kind of get food and guitars mixed up in our brains? I dispute that, I for one keep those things completely separate.

By the way, I bake my own bread. Here's some of mine:

Now. I must go practice my licks. Yep, I sure have some tasty chops...

Cheers - C

(PS: that's not a photo I found on the internet. That really is my own bread. That's how serious my condition is...! )

Ceri has obviously noticed how much better the tone of handmade bread is compared to PCB (Printed Cut Bread). >_>

Edit: Forgot to ask if those bread pans are US made cold rolled steel or are they just pot metal? >____>

:D :D :D

They're Limited Edition CS solid tungsten bread tins, naturally. And that is real wear on them, not artificial relicing...

Still on the guitars 'n' food theme, those loaves come from when Forum user Gratz ran a thread asking for sandwich suggestions for the new café-bar he opened a year ago, Café Tremolo in Tuscon. He can tell you about that better than me - how cool is this website? How guitar obsessed is this café?

http://www.cafetremolo.com/

This was my sandwich suggestion, made from the bread seen above:

Image

I called that one the Smokey Player sandwich, with hot-smoked salmon and... other stuff. You can just see a trace of the flour-dusted guitar neck on the top of the bread! :D

From his menu I notice Gratz didn't use my suggestion. :( On the other hand, he does have a very amazing sounding pan-seared salmon and avacado sandwich - which it is my solemn intention to go and eat some day. 8)

Cheers - C

The previous heart stoppers looked good but scared me, but that sandwich with homemade bread? Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

You're makin' my mouth water!

And Capo - rum for colds. Dark rum, of course!

as some of us are talking about our favourite meals, i would post a picture of mine, but our internets a little screwed at the moment, so i'll describe it;

big pancake cooked with lots of juicy fatty bacon inside it
3-7 runny eggs on top (best part)
maple syrup and a lil' bit of pepper
my dad's legendary coffee

i have it every saturday and sunday
