Good morning friends. I have a hot cup of coffee on this morning and listening to a bit of Charlie Musselwhite on the player. Not sure of the weather at this time, the furnace isn't running constantly so it must not be too cold although we are supposed to get frigid air again this week.

I am hooking up with and old high school chum today - I have seen him on 30 years - so I am looking forward to a nice blues jam. He stated that he is a bit rusty, but back in high school I remember him to b quite an accomplished guitarist...I am sure he will outshine me by far. I hope to learn much from him - could be the start of something bigger???

I hope you all have a great day and keep a bucket of water close by to cool down those fretboards...

Just finished breakfast with Mrs. T while listening to "Magic Sam" . Not sure she liked it but she ain't complaining... So I just put on Disk 1 of a 3 disk set called "Chicago / The Blues/ Today" First disc has the Junior Wells Band with Buddy Guy, J. B. Hutto and his Hawks and Otis Spann's South Side Piano.

It's in the 20's, partly cloudy. 3 Snow storms within a week! More coming next Wednesday they say but they haven't been right on the snow total predictions so...

Have to shovel out my wood pile, gather wood, start up the wood stove and THEN, kick back with the guitars!

The sun is shining here in Tennessee,looks good,might have to get out and roam around today.

Good morning everybody. I'm a little stuffy today, perhaps a cold coming on, so I figure why not go out and ride a sled for 2+ hours in 20° F (-12°C) snowy weather.

After I'm done with that I'll heat up some tea, grab a Kleenex box and hand sanitizer and get to practicing (Hand sanitizer simply because I don't want snot on my fingerboard >_>)

Mornin' Beaubs and all the rest of the Lounge Lizards. Starting to snow here again , just dropped off Mrs. b for the day so I'm the man of the house till late afternoon . I might go amp shopping today or tommorow, my son just asked if I wanted to sell my Epi Sheraton that I seldom use. Hmm, extra cash for an amp? It might just happen, you never can tell about these kind of things.

as of 2:08 pm today, i am officially 57 years old. family got me guitar center gift cards, and i'm like a kid again- and i can"t wait to use them

Good Morning Lounge Buddies.

A couple of friends are coming over for some jamming today so I'm pretty psyched.

Still lots of snow on the ground outside so a good day for just hangin' inside. Cleaned the place up this morning so it is not a pig sty when the boys arrive. We'll be using my buddy's jam-hub today. If you have not tried one of these they're great. Jamming sounds great through the headphones and each user can control their individual mix.
