1 Tylenol with 1 Advil

The 2 work as a catalyst on each other and multiply their pain killing abilities.

Plus with only one Ibuprofen it's easier on the guts.

Word of caution: do NOT mix ibuprofen with ASA (Asprin).

Caffeine - Aleve - Water...in that order. I usually sip a small cup of coffee and then pop the Aleve, and then drink a few glasses of water. Works wonders.

why is this?

You know how sometimes a drug commercial will list "death" as one of the possible side affects? Well you increase your chances of an early exit if you mix ASA and ibuprofen. I forget how or why. The punchline of death was all I needed to remember. Plus the two mixed is greatly more damaging to stomach lining than either one alone. Google it if you're interested. You want to include the word "contraindications" in your search.

I don't take painkillers.
Far better to deal with the problem than the symptom.

Why are you getting the headaches? Water deficiency? Stress? Sinus?

Lack of water causes headaches. The brain shrinks slightly when you don`t drink enough and that creates the pain. Unless of course you banged your head somewhere. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, its better than taking aspirins or whatever you take. Water to the body is what oil is to your car motor. It even lubricates the joints in the body.
