That brings up a pet peeve of mine, namely all these liars who say they can't swim. There here aren't they? Then they can swim really good cuz they beat 15,000,000 others to the finish line.

yeah but it ain't always the smartest ones who win the race I'll bet....the evidence is everywhere.

I was in a Holiday Inn around Georgia during a roadtrip with the band and one of the
guy's wives woke us all up to see the horrible news. It's etched in my memory with 9/11 and JFK. Very sad!

at home watching on television, freaked out, did not expect that to happen. "Only 73-seconds after liftoff, the space shuttle Challenger exploded, killing all seven astronauts on board."
R.I.P. Challenger crew.

I was in a Winn Dixie supermarket in Fayetteville NC ordering specialty cheeses in the dairy aisle as a vendor. I remember everything including the customer who told me about it.

I was at work and was told by a guy who had a habit of pulling practical jokes but by the seriousness of his tone I realized that the unthinkable had happened-it was a dark day for the whole world not just the U.S. as the whole world was watching in horror as it happened.
