None planned but a semi-custom Carvin is kind of calling from the distance.

WTF...?

I'm hoping 2011 is the year of the CS for me. I'm thinking a Strat Pro in Lake Placid Blue with a mint pickguard and gold hardware. Also, I need a good quality tube amp, most likely a Laney VC30, or an Egnater Rebel. We'll see.

Hope the grain pattern matching in yours is as fine as the example you posted.

Within the last month I've gotten a HWY 1 strat, Champion 600, and Boss ME-25. I think I am good for a while...I am so impressed with my HWY 1 that now I am having a hard time justifying anything else. I could have spent more but that was the one that felt and sounded right to me.

Maybe a Marshall Class 5 later in the year. Or maybe I'll win a large sum of cash and build the Jimmy Page dragon tele I've always wanted to do.

same as when i bought mine. i put a JB jr in the bridge and 69ers in the neck and middle.
what a guitar my HW1 is. its top shelf in tone and playability imo.

I took possession of my "57VHR Stratocaster about two weeks ago, but that was ordered in April of 2010. I also acquired a ZT Club 12 amp last year. I have two Crate battery amps...Taxi and a Limo. I think the tone from the Taxi is superior but the Limo has some digital effects and a separate mic channel. My big question is what to finally do with my Line 6 AX212>AX2 conversion which I've had since it was first introduced. It isn't worth squat in trade but still has enough programmability and effects characteristics to question the worth of purchasing an external signal processor for the other amps. The only drawback is the weight. I'm at the point in my life where portability is key, but I'd hate to just throw it away.
