Since the Missus has put a moratorium on guitars until I get teaching or gigging again I have my sights on a Marshall 1960 A cab hopefully with Vintage 30s or G-12-L-25s to go with my 1960 B cab with the G-12-L-25s then I would have a very nice Marshall full stack.A nice overdrive pedal would be good too or a Teese RMC picture Wah or a Roger Mayer Octavia and Vibe pedal or a Fulltone Clyde wah to save the wear and tear on my original '67 Vox Clyde McCoy wah.

Kind of thinking about the 112 Mesa Express 5:25. I loved the clean on it, and flipping from 5 watts at home to 25 for jams/mic'd shows seems pretty convenient.

Has anyone a bit of feedback for me?

Having accumulated 22 or so guitars, I was thinking of selling maybe 10 (and yes, I SHUDDER at the thought) and turning that into a very high end acoustic. But I just got a very nice Guild F-50 in mint condition, so I've more or less put the sell idea aside. So no real GAS plans for more guitars this year unless something very interesting comes along.

(Of course I could sell a few to pay bills ... but ... NAHHHHH, that's no fun :)

I'd been considering trying the SansAmp or comparable, but since I'm not playing out these days, hard to justify. Other than that, my use of stomps and FX in general is pretty minimalistic, so nothing on the accessories horizon.

All in all, I must admit that I may not be helping the economy recover much in 2011.

Haha, I actually just sold one and didn't roll the proceeds over into a new one. First time that's happened in forever. Unfortunately, lots of med bills to pay this year.

I don't NEED anything, but my goal is to trade my 2005 Custom Shop Tele for a Danocaster Tele or sell it so I can buy stuff for my car; some track pads, seatbelt harness, R-comp tires, and a nomex 2 -3 layer driving suit.

Those Danocasters are SMOKIN! I played one and I didn't want to put it down. They are hard to find these days though. People buy them and never sell them

Im gassing for a Squier VM Jazzmaster. Those things look and sound (in vids at least  ) pretty awesome.

Maple board Jazzmasters are far too rare.

I'm thinking about a Marshall Class 5 as I really need a new amp. Probably not any guitars, but I sure wish I could get my hands on a ES-335 or something similar (ES-339).

Nothing at the moment. However, you know what happens when we guitarists sometimes walk into a music store or catch something online >___>

Saving for a Princeton Reverb Kit amp should have one by the summer. Also, still saving for a set of CS 69 pickups.
