yes it is. finally i can get me some sleep.
this neck is in perfect shape. if it werent for the holes
for the neck and nut areas, you would swear it was brand new.
rosewood on maple, and very clean too.

oh its not up yet. im a little shakey to do the switch yet. its been a long time since ive messed with a floyd setup. im gonna be very rusty in setting everything up right.
there are a few worn frets too. i wonder if i should just go and get a new SS fret job off the bat on it? im still trying to get better pick so stay with me on it, and thanks for the congratz.

well if she means alot to you, and you want to play her like you did 20 years ago, and the fact that you been waiting so long to get this, I'd say why not wait a bit longer, get it re-fretted and be completely happy that shes back to normal

you can see the little lines on the frets. because of the light reflections the wear looks worse than it is, but im still thinking of a fret job.

Them frets would probably come good with a serious polish. If not a re-crown would sort em out.
A lot cheaper than a refret.
You could polish them yourself. They are a little bit on the needy side, so I'd be looking to mask the fretboard and go over the frets with wire wool. Where I'd normaly just use a metal polish impregnated wadding cloth over the tops of the frets.
With wire wool, your frets will feel scratchy for a few hours of play, afterwards. Thats why I use metal polish and do fretwork more often.
Nothing wrong with it though. A lot of places will only polish with wire wool and leave you to play the scratchiness away.
