Hi frwpb: can't show you a 2x10 I'm afraid. But I've got a 2x12, if that would help? Here's my Marshall Triple Super Lead TSL122. I bought it when they were new out and I've never looked back. My ultimate amp. Don't want to make any wild, silly, unsupportable claims, so I'll simply confine myself to saying it makes the best flippin' noise in the world!

YMMV, of course...

Cheers - C

Here's my Fender '63 Re-issue Vibroverb. I bought it new in 1992, replaced the original Oxford-style speakers with some Eminences in the late 1990s. Those Eminences will eventually be replaced by something a bit more "vintage" sounding.

Here's a 2 x 10 combo I built recently, using a '68 Bandmaster chassis as the basis......

The chassis is stock and the speakers are a pair of Fender-labeled CTS alnico's from a '71 Super Reverb.

Very cool, Arjay.

What are the specs of this amp? (Wattage, etc.)

Like I mentioned, a stock '68 Bandmaster chassis -- AB763 circuit, 40 watts @ 4 ohms. It's had its de riguere cap job (filters and bias), a grounded 3-conductor power cable installed, and the "death cap" neutered. The home-made cab measures 24" x 18.5" x 10.5" and wears the early 1960 cosmetics. I pre-stained the cab's interior to give it an aged look and printed up a repro tube chart for added "mojo".

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Believe it or not, mixed with the tele you can play almost everything you want. From jazz or blues to hard rock, even metal.
