I entered the contest even though I live in Canada,you never know when one entry may fall through the cracks.BTW DBZ has a contest that's open to Canadian citizens too and their only stipulation is that the winners are responsible for all taxes and duties if they're lucky enough to be picked.If Fender could circumvent legal hassles by going that route I'd be only too glad to pay duties and taxes on a new Fender if I was chosen as a winner.
BTW if a Canadian were to have a U.S. Forum member to act as a contact or U.S. based address would that be doable?Say for instance I was to enter in care of Barak Obama,White House,Forum member,would I be able to qualify in that case?That is of course with prior consent from Mr. Obama.Then all he would have to do was forward the prize to me and I could reimburse him by a money order or prepay the courier fees.
